Is it worth doing a 15 minute workout if that is all the time I have or is it a waste of time?”

It is quality not quantity that matters when it comes to exercise. Doing 90 minutes is not superior and more effective than doing 15 minutes. Most of the time when people focus on quantity of exercise there is rarely intensity or progression . However intensity is the key. When you workout for 15 minutes what is most important is that you exercise intensively and give it everything. Treat each part of the workout as if your life depends on it. So focus on quality not quantity and a good intense 15 minute workout is x10 times more effective than a 60 to 90 minute low to medium intensity workout. Such workouts give your body no reason to progress so why would it?
