Become comfortable with being uncomfortable

It feels safer staying within your comfort zone. It’s not as scary. There’s always a resistance to anything not familiar with and with change even when desired. However if you want more or better in life then you must become comfortable with being uncomfortable. Procrastination, lack of prioritising, playing the blame game and hiding behind excuses are all just illustrations of your resistance to getting uncomfortable. However if you truly desire a better life experience then you better start getting very uncomfortable. Every time you do you’ll grow. Growth leads to success and happiness. Isn’t this what you want ?Embrace discomfort. Seek it out. Always look to challenge yourself. Do things that scare the shit out of you but you know you either need to do to progress towards goals or you can see the value and growth in embracing the experience. Comfort zones are for mediocrity. Are you happy staying there?
