Have you had times when everything has been going great and then boom there’s a monumental challenge? On the contrary has it been shit and out of nowhere something great happens or an opportunity appears? Life will surprise you out of nowhere so always be present and prepared.
I’ve said it many times that life is a rollercoaster and that’s exactly what it is. An emotional rollercoaster. It will take you through massive highs and crippling lows. That’s life’s journey. That’s reality. This is why being fully present in life is so important so that you can revel in the highs and quickly switch into solution mode for the challenging times. Otherwise you often miss out or don’t even see opportunities and also challenges will take you to a very dark place.
It’s crucial to be aware of this reality hence why I say be prepared. You never ever know what’s around the corner but be prepared for anything. Work daily on creating a positive mental attitude as it will serve you whatever life throws at you whether opportunity or challenge.
