Exercise is mostly seen as a way to lose fat/weight, get toned, build muscle or improve athletic performance. However the benefits are far greater and more important than that. It’s great to feel the above benefits but it only takes a second for your mindset to change and for you to fall off the wagon so this is where your mindset is so important. When You Feel Weak, Stressed, Low Energy, Mentally And Emotionally Drained Exercise Will Always Make You Feel Better.
Life is a rollercoaster and it can be seriously testing and challenging at times. The unfortunate thing is that it is at these times that exercise is usually kicked to touch and it’s when it’s needed most.
It doesn’t matter how low, stressed, emotionally/mentally drained you are or “depressed” exercise will ALWAYS 100% GUARANTEED make you feel better. Always. Endorphins are released and you feel a little happy about a win and feel better about yourself.
This is why I’m so passionate about drilling the lifestyle mentality into people. It’s at times of challenge that exercise is most important. It’s real therapy and something that will give you a lift.
