What You Feed Your Mind Is Even More Important Than What You Feed Your Body

You will survive just weeks without food. Your brain consumes 20% of the calories you consume. Both are important facts. However your mind can be destroyed in an instant if fed the wrong mindfeed. What you feed your mind is even more important than what you feed your body.

Your mind is the control tower and you must protect it and reenforce it on an ongoing basis. A battle rages between your two ears throughout each and every day. Which side is winning determines your decisions, actions, behaviours, reactions and results. The level of fulfillment and happiness you experience in life is determined by it.

Creating a strong mindset and a positive mental attitude is a daily lifelong process. Feed your mind positivity and good energy and empowering education at every opportunity. Limit or better eliminate your exposure to negativity whether that’s people or information. Where you can’t eliminate get better at your reactions to naysayers, begrudgers and negative people. It’s not easy but take personal responsibility as you control your reaction and also to a large extent your exposure.

Remember that what you feed your mind is even more important than what you feed your body. Protect it. Empower it. Energise it.
