Sadly the latter label is the most common and by a long shot. The reality though is that it’s not a character trait as is thought. It’s merely a reflection of fear whether that’s been created by life experiences or the environment one has been exposed to in childhood and throughout life. The good news is that a negative mindset can be changed to a more positive one and when this happens ones life experience dramatically changes. When you fear you stay where you are.
