When you fall off the wagon in any area of your life how do you react? Do you get consumed with negative emotions, hammer yourself and dwell on the fall? Stop dwelling. When you fall off reflect, learn and get back on!!You are not perfect. You never will be. No one ever will be. You’re human. You’re flawed and you’re not a robot. So accept that and stop this senseless self attacking you do every time you fall off. Time is precious so stop wasting it and importantly what’s to be achieved by dwelling in a pity party? You should be ever evolving. The goal I’m setting you is to fall off less frequently and to get back on quicker each time. The goal is not to never fall off. The best of us fall. The goal, like with everything, is to improve and consistently evolve into a better version of you. So quit the pity parties and get back on and focus forward.
