Stop. Breathe. Reflect. Plan. Move forward.

Overwhelm is a powerful force and very unsettling when it takes grip. It can occur during times of opportunity and progress just as much as dark challenging times. The key in such times is to stop, breath, reflect, plan and move forward.When experiencing overwhelm it’s pointless trying to push through it as it’s a necessity to stop temporarily and breath and give your brain some space to think. It’s no different to an intense workout when you’ve truly hit a max point. You must stop and breath. Pushing on may lead to fainting or vomiting. As a society we must become ok with taking timeouts. Right now it’s seen almost as weak when the opposite is the truth. When you feel overwhelm creeping in stop and give yourself time to think and plan to counteract the challenges of the situation and then when ready move on clearer on how to win.
