Move forward at your pace. There’s no right pace. Only forward.

As you start into a new day (applies to week/month etc too) I hope you’re focused and clear on your goals and have identified and committed to the required action steps. However do you feel pressure pushing forward? Anxiety even? Move forward at your pace. There’s no right pace. Only forward. Today’s world is so fast moving and most feel stressed and pressurised to live a certain way and to achieve certain “status” goals and in general feel pressure for speed. We all have different gears and personalities and triggers. Tune into YOU and how your unique self works best. This is your journey. No one else’s. Sadly far too many let fear, excuses or blame game stop them moving forward and improving quality life. So if you’re consistently moving forward you already should be proud of yourself as you’re in the minority. So be kind to you. Acknowledge you are an action taker and move forward at your pace that yields you the best results.
