How many times have you said I’ll do or start that “tomorrow” or “someday”? How often did you actually do or start it? “Tomorrow” and “someday” merely provide satisfaction that intention shown. You like to make yourself feel better and I’m sure you feel better each time you express this type of intention. However reality is that it’s merely excuses and procrastination. It’s also at times poor prioritising or labelling something as a priority when in reality it’s not. Bottom line is that action is all that matters. It’s all that changes anything. When you catch yourself procrastinating like this press stop and ask yourself is it a true priority? Should it be prioritised? Does it need to be? If yes then schedule it in immediately. Action not talk. Intention changes nothing.
