How often have you allowed what happened yesterday, or sometime in the past, impact your thoughts and actions? You need to stop letting yesterday control today. Each new day is a fresh start and you should see it as a clean slate. Yes yesterday may have been a crap day but that doesn’t mean you’ve to allow it make today the same – does it? Yes you may have had challenging and even traumatic experiences in the past but do better to leave them there and be determined to maximise the present and future. Yes you may have regrets and frustrations of times gone but they are gone. Let these emotions fuel desire to really kick ass today. It’s all mindset. Today is what you’ve control over. Yesterday is gone. Learn lessons from it but move forward and be determined not to waste a precious second of the time you’ve got.
