It’s Ok To Not Feel Ok. However It’s Not Ok To Quit On Yourself.

For a few weeks I’ve not felt ok. Just getting out of bed has been my first, and often biggest, mental battle of the day. There are millions daily facing the same. How about you? It’s ok to not feel ok. However it’s not ok to quit on yourself. Too often people give up on themselves. They give up on dreams. They give up on life. While life’s journey can be often challenging it’s so important to remind ourselves that it’s also full of wonderful memorable experiences and there’s so much to always live for. We must never quit on ourselves or our dreams or on life. Happiness is there for everyone but one must work daily on creating it and not let life’s challenges take you down. When you feel in a dark place focus on anything you’ve to be grateful for. There’s always plenty. Never quit on you and be ok with not feeling ok. You’re human.
