Drown out the negative voices of others by eliminating or at least limiting exposure to. Most importantly work on your self esteem and self image by reaffirming to yourself daily that you are great and that anything is possible. Remind yourself of life wins. Prioritise daily mind and body workouts. This is a lifelong process. Silence negativity more and more each day.
