We live in a world where there’s too much focus and emphasis on the final destination versus the journey. Without the journey the final destination becomes irrelevant. A little progress always beats did not start. As well as focusing too much on where you are going it’s likely you also spend too much time looking for the giant leap forward. Looking for the magic bullet. When you climb the stairs do you always take giant leaps up a few steps? I didn’t think so. You go step by step often just one foot at a time. Why should any journey in life be different? There will be days you’ll take more steps than others. There will be days you’ll take a giant leap. There will be days the tiniest step is all you could manage. What matters is moving forward. Not the speed. Moving forward.
