Growth Is Experienced In Coming Out The Other Side Of Darkness

At a cellular level you are growing or dying every single day. Each day you’ve an opportunity to evolve into the best version of you and experience your best life. However this is only possible with a commitment to growth. Growth is experienced in coming out the other side of darkness. You can work on growth daily in committing to such things as being mindful of consuming positive mindfeed via what you watch/read/listen to, meditating, exercise, yoga, exercise, journaling etc However the most important and most impactful growth is in experiencing and coming out the other side of dark times and working on making peace with that trauma. Everyone has experienced trauma. Trauma doesn’t only include what we see as horrific experiences. Trauma can be scars from what may seem insignificant experiences to others. Trauma is individual and likely none of us have escaped it. Burying these experiences in the past can often be damaging. Identify your personal traumas and work to understand them and commit to process of making peace with them. Out of darkness always comes light. Keep moving towards it and grow.
