This is a ludicrous question but is one I have been asked a few times recently. It mainly comes from members of a particular weightloss group system that is very popular at the moment. My simple question to anyone wondering about this is : how could bananas be bad for you? Bananas are a natural food provided by nature. Anything that is natural is typically good for us and healthy. It hasn´t e numbers and additives etc.
So as part of the fruit family it is fantastic. Now this particular weightloss system group states that blending banana messes the enzyme structure and thus causes it to become much more fattening – what a load of crap. If this was the case then should we just swallow bananas whole? Chewing bananas is doing the same thing!! So whenever you hear something make sure to pause and have a think about it and ask yourself does it make logic. There is so much rubbish out there and total confusion and this is why I share so much quality content all day every day across all social media platforms!
