I want you to stop for a moment and reflect on your life up to this point. I want you to reflect on the past week. I want you to reflect on yesterday. What excuses, blame or poor me infected your thoughts or were uttered from your mouth in different situations ? Accountability and responsibility for your life starts with you. Every decision and action you take leads to something. Every single one. Every second you are creating your reality. No one else is. Others can impact it but ONLY if you allow it. Your reaction to every situation decides all. Making excuses and playing the blame game is just weak. Snap out of it and start strengthening your mindset. It’s a choice. When people invest in coaches/mentors many see financial transaction as job done and it’s all on the coach. Yes their role is to hold you accountable BUT you must be accountable to yourself first and foremost. You can’t be forced to do anything. You make your decisions. Take personal responsibility for all aspects of your life. If something doesn’t make you happy change it. Work on it until it does. Life is simple if we cut the bullshit.
