Have you often had situations,people or decisions that something told you that they weren’t right for you but you proceeded anyway? Or the opposite where this feeing stopped you and you were glad of it? This feeling is your gut. Your gut will always tell you what’s right to do so tune into it more.
When I look back on my life the vast majority of the times I ignored that gut instinct things didn’t work out. And when I listened they did. I can’t say “always” for either because it can be hard to distinguish between your gut or possibly emotions/fear but this is why you must work on tuning into it so you can distinguish between them.
Meditation is powerful for balancing yourself and thus allowing you to better tune into what is right for you. You will always instinctively know. Your gut is your internal GPS. Keep working on improving how in tune you are with it. Listen carefully. Read the signs.
